Tracey Campbell's August Memory Maze Reveal

Hello and welcome to August, this month I have two layouts and a card to share with you all. I have been playing with some lovely Memory Maze chipboard and having a ball.

Smile

This layout is of my eldest daughter Bronte having a bit of a dress up day, the photo just screamed to be given a really girlie touch of bling and the vintage wrought iron mannequin seemed fitting.
For the corner flourish I wanted to subtly bring out the beautiful twists and turns so I highlighted the naked chipboard with some brown ink and a dauber to create shadows. For the background I cut the 12x12 chicken wire down to a random shape and painted it white with gesso, once dry I squirted it with a brown and a purple mist.
On the wrought iron mannequin I heat embossed with a purple embossing powder then added some small purple gems. I actually cut the crow off from the mannequin as I wanted to create a sense of height and emphasise it with gold embossing powder.

Hugs and Kisses Card

For this card I used two lovely Memory Maze chipboard designs. For the Bride and Groom heart I simply painted a light pink with some acrylic paint. For the Hugs and Kisses word title I used some gold leafing and adhered it to the words.

 My Girls

One of my favourite photos of my girls - windswept and rugged.
The Memory Maze chipboards design have so much detail and are so well cut that even when there is not much embellishment done to them they still look stunning.
The Close Your Eyes and Remember 12x12 Page is a great piece to work with - there are so many designs on it that you can use them as one very detailed page or like me cut them out and use individually.
A simple coat of white gesso helped to enhance the chipboard.

Showing off some of my Canadian grandchildren this month missing them so much

Hello Sally here today to share a very cute layout of these two stunning wee cutie pies.  This months challenge is "anything goes" I have used some beach theme chippies along with some other of my favourite pieces.

 INTRODUCING MADDISON & MICAH

I have used the seaside chipboard sheet  and laugh for this page, lots of color and torn paper.
I have super glossed the laugh and coloured the others with a stamp pad and then a metallic sheen over the top.

The seaside set is a very usable size, which is also perfect for ATC and project life/pocket page scrapbookers.

Such a cutie! What a grin, bet this little one can get into trouble.

Thank you for popping over to Memory Maze Blog, be sure to come back tomorrow for another project I have created using the Vintage bath set.

July reveal with Alicia Barry

Hi, this month I have some more brand new projects to share with you using some more amazing Memory Maze products.

Sweet Boy
This first layout is of my little man. I have used lots of chipboard cog pieces on this one and played with some new Metallic Melt embossing medium to make them grungy. I didn't want to overdo the metallics, so I used a mixture of flat and metallic inks on some of the pieces in each cluster, and mixed the colours of the embossing enamels.

Memory Maze supplies:
2 page corners and cogs 8x8 or 200 x 200 sold in 3\'s
12 x 12 all there is is cogs

Butterfly Wall Hanging
Next up, I used a Butterfly frame piece to make a wall hanging. I inked the chipboard in white before spraying with a bunch of different paint sprays. I added some glitter to some of the butterfly wings. I mounted the photo onto a piece of plain chipboard for added strength since I wanted to have it appear to "float" in the frame.

Memory Maze supplies:
vintage butterfly frame 207 x 270 sold in 3\'s
50 MIXED RED/PINK & WHITE MULBERRY PAPER CHRYSANTHEMUMS
SAA-070 20 MIXED PINK MULBERRY PAPER CARNATION FLOWERS
50 MIXED RED/WHITE COSMOS DAISY STEM FLOWERS

Peek-a-boo.
Last up, I have a pretty purple project to show you. I've used some purple and white Memory Maze flowers to frame my photos, but my favourite part of this layout is the cute chipboard title. I've used Paint mist to add colour and sparkle. The format of the title didn't quite work for my layout, so I cut it into pieces to make it perfect. I also used a Wrought Iron flourish among the flower clusters.

Memory Maze supplies:
Peek a boo I see you min buy 3 150 x 100

Wrought Iron 23
Purple/Lilac cherry blossoms
SAA-245 50 MIXED PURPLE/LILAC CHERRY BLOSSOMS
