At the Seaside , Rest and Relaxation.

Sally on the  Blog today. I had a  wonderful time, creating this layout.

I used the paper range from Studio 73, Seaside Serenity.
Loved the paper range.
I teamed it with a selection of chipboard elements from Memorymaze.

I used the cutout sheet to 3D a lot of the elements on the page.
I added jute string, 2 areas of white sand, created by placing glue down and adding the sand.

Live every moment. Is part of a chipboard piece from Memorymaze.
This was coloured using Jacquard metallics.
Firstly I used lime green and followed with teal metallic powder.

The frame is one of a set of rustic beach frames new from memorymaze.
Firstly I coloured with a white stamp pad I then used lime green and followed with teal metallic powder to distress the frame.

Warrior Woman

Hi Mez again,
This time it is a Journal page using #michellegrantdesigns art images from the Warrior series. My background is just left over paint from other projects so I use the paint rather than waste it. Then there is some leopard print foils, again to use up the left over pieces. Feathers are from wrapping paper that came with an order.Stencils are Memory Maze I used Distress Oxides for the colours in the leaves, along with some awesome blending brushes also from Memory Maze, Jane Davenport paint for the face, eyes & mouth.
Enjoy & use up that stash, we all have it.

Love

Hi it's Mez ,
This time I painted my background by smooshing my spays onto a piece of plastic until it was the way I wanted it. Then I braved my Silhouette & played with the design until it was okay( first time doing this step). Then once I chose the photos, I got out my embossing folders which I haven't used, then all the pieces I added were out of my bit's container & I then used Memory Maze Chipboard butterflys & roughly foiled them.
It's all about using your stash & those things that you had to have but haven't used.
Hope you like it.
Enjoy Mez
