Horsey Cards

Here I have made 4 cards out of one sheet of cut aparts for your favorite horsey person.

I used my gelli plate to make some backgrounds & I also used my stamps pads smooshed onto my mat & added some water to tone them down. All the titles are from Memory Maze chipboard, flowers are from my stash of bits & pieces left over from other projects.

Merry Christmas....card making in a breeze

Hello crafty friends, Sarah here today to show you just some of the Memory Maze sentiments that are perfect for your cards.
Alot of stores are now getting in their Christmas stock and are starting to think about the upcoming release of Christmas collections. The card pictured above was a recent project I made for the Scrapping Fun Kits design team's August kit, using a chipboard sentiment from Memory Maze. What I loved most about this is that the chipboard already comes coloured! Simple and easy!
The chipboard 'Merry Christmas' pictured here comes in either the red or green card and is ready to go for the mountain of Christmas cards you need to make! Alternatively, Memory Maze also has a huge variety of plain chipboard sentiments that you can colour, ink, paint or leave neutral also. Here are just a few styles;
Did you know that Memory Maze also have sentiment sets and mini words available. These make card making a breeze. Here is a few of them, but please be sure to check out the website by clicking here to check the range out.

New Product release: Sentiment Stamps

Hello crafty friends, Memory Maze has been on fire with their designs of late and today you can see some more of the new stamp releases....sentiment stamps!
With card making being an ever growing area of interest amongst paper crafters of all kinds, it makes sense to grow where the interest and demand is. Card sentiments are a popular addition to any class, kit or store. Coming in a rubber only stamp, these are ideally adhered to a stamping block using double sided tape, spray adhesive or used with a stamping platform. Acrylic blocks are also available online. The range of sentiment stamps can be found online here.

Let's take a look at the new range. There are sentiments for all occasions, the good and tough times - here are just a few;
Whether you are running class in your store, at home or in the community, Memory Maze provides a great option for those stamping moments. If you are interested in any of the Memory Maze products, be sure to contact your local craft store or Memory Maze for your local stockist where we can place our local sales reps in contact with them.

Donna O'leary ~March DT Share

Hello and welcome to Memory Maze.  Today I am sharing 4 projects with you.  The first project is for our theme this month, Circuses, Rides, Carnivals, Parties or shows.  In New Zealand we don't get to see many circuses or carnivals.  So today I am going to share a special day I had with some of my kids and one of my best friends.

LUCKY ME

For this double layout I have used a number of memory maze chipboard pieces  to help  tell my story.

It was a time to celebrate.  It was my birthday and what made it extra special was that my son had come down from the North Island.  My daughter and best friend decided they would treat me to a yummy lunch.

My Son William and two of my wonderful daughters,  I left the chipboard banner naked for this part.

For the Arrow I highlighted the Heart with a crayon pencil!  I really did enjoy my Blue Cod and salad.

After lunch we walked across to the park and had a play.  Gosh they are funny bunnies.  I was busy taking photos of the BIG kids full of laughter...

(For the word Laugh I have coloured with two crayon pencils and blended them to match my other embellishments.  I left the arrow naked.)

when I heard this little sad "Mummy"  I turn around and look at that face!   So sad!
I love this photo and I will be using it for her 21st :-)

BEAUTY

I had printed off some photos for a different project and these ones were left over.  I really wanted to use them as I love them.  When I see my kids I see Beauty, so the memory maze word was perfect for this layout.

I embossed the word beauty with a lovely apricot colour Wow Embossing Powder,  its so pretty and matched perfectly.

I found these tiny butterflies which I also added to the layout and embossed them with a glitter embossing powder. This made the layout pop and finished it off just right.

Inky Fun

If you ladies follow my blog , you will know that I LOVE ink.  I was having a play with some new masks and made these cards.  Very easy to create and a great way to use up paper scraps.

I covered the typewriter in black and red Faber-castell gelato and then highlighted with black distress ink.

For this dress form, (she is so pretty) I embossed with WOW Embossing powders!  I love the way she sparkles on this grunge card!

Hello and welcome all,  July already!  Half way threw the year, boy its gone fast. I have three projects to share with you all today.  So go grab a cuppa and enjoy.

JUST FOR YOU
Every now and again I make cards,  today's card is made out of all the off cuts from the following layout.

The Memory Maze Chip Board sayings are perfect for cards.  I have embossed this saying to make it pop.

WINGS

I loved this colour combo of papers and thought they would really suit the photo.  To make the photo pop from the layout I have created a boarder using some of the Memory Maze Boarders which I have added colour foil to them.

The pointy piece of memory maze is the off cut out of a little pack of boarders

ART JOURNAL

Don't limit yourself to adding chip board to just layouts and cards.  Here I have added Memory Maze chip Board to one of my art journal pages.  I love how it makes my pages look layered.

I sprayed my memory maze chipboard with ink sprays and then lightly stamped.  Added some distress ink for high lights and then for the bellies of the birds I added a very thin layer of glossy assents.
