{Butterfly Dreams}
Hey there crafty people! Melissa A here with you today and I have a beautiful soft coloured DT layout to share with you created for the wonderful Memory Maze Lasercuts.
For this layout I have gone with a pretty butterfly theme and have used Mintay's card stock, as well as their fussy cutting elements.
For the background I sprinkled some pink pixie powder and sprayed it with water to get the desired effect, just to add some colour and then I did a little bit of stamping around the photo area.
I have used the gorgeous butterfly frame with the title from Memory Maze and I heat embossed it with both yellow and pink embossing powders. I did this with all the other butterfly chipboards used on this layout as well.
I used some beautiful soft yellow and pink Autumn Lane flowers, which worked in perfectly with this layout and also tucked some wood wool in between and around them for some added texture.
I hope you liked my latest creation, I will have some more for you all very soon! Until then...happy crafting! :)

{Days gone by}
Hey there crafty friends!
It's Melissa A with you today and I have a new DT layout to share with you all featuring some absolutely stunning Memory Maze chipboard.
I love using some background chipboard in my layouts and on this one I have used some honeycomb. I find it fills in some gaps nicely while also adding some texture.
I have used the beautiful 'Lady' collection from Mintay on this layout and matched the chipboard to the theme of the collection. I thought the flourishes said 'elegant' so added them in and used some of Little Birdies wax in 'Glimmer Moss' & their sparkle paste in 'Silver Sage' over them.
On the honeycomb chipboard I used a combination of Oxide Inks in 'Squeezed Lemonade' & 'Worn Lipstick'
I added some beautiful flourish embellishment chipboards aswell and embossed them with some 'African Ancient Gold' embossing powder, which added some sparkle to the layout.
I hope you liked this elegant lady like themed layout and it has inspired you to add some background chipboard and pretty flourishes to your future layouts.
That's all from me today, I'll be back again soon with some more inspiration. Until then...happy crafting! :)

{Love thy heart}
Hello again crafty friends! Melissa A with you today and I have a beautiful wedding layout to share with you all.
The bridge chipboard matched this image perfectly and I used silver wax on it so it subtly blends in.
I embossed the heart chipboard with Stampendous 'Shabby Pink' embossing powder and used Ranger liquid pearls in 'Petal Pink' on the clock chipboard.
For the title I used Wattleido 'African Ancient Gold' embossing powder and added some glitter paint to the white flowers to finish off.
I hope this layout has inspired you in some way to start adding some more chipboard pieces to your layouts. They really give the layout more character and they are just fun to play with.
Thank you for stopping by, I'll be back again very soon with some more inspiration. Until next time...happy crafting! :)

Memory Maze acrylic numbers
Hello crafty friends, Sarah here with you today to show you the amazing large acrylic numbers from Memory Maze.
I am just about to kick off a marathon effort to complete my 2017 family pocket style album. I pulled out the albums and they had a few scratches on them from being moved around the last couple of years. What a better way than covering up some of these dings with these large acrylic numbers.
The numbers are 100mm in height and are cut from a lovely 3mm acrylic. The acrylic comes in a number of coours and can be seen on the Memory Maze website here.
These numbers would be great on any scrapbook layout, pocket page, on cards, journal pages or off the page projects. They look fantatsic on any project coupled with Memory Maze other 'pocket pieces'. Check them out on the Memory Maze website here.

Live the Life You Love by Sarah
Hello crafty friends, Sarah here with you today to share a double 6X8 scrapbooking layout I completed our latest visit with friends to the gorgeous Wilsons Promontory here in Victoria.
To create this layout, I used a 6x8 inch paper pad of Cocoa Vanilla Studio's Midnight collection, available from The Travelers Notebook. I tore, cut and layered a number of the beautiful papers under the photos and I embellished it with some pieces from the Mermaid seaside chipboard 12x12 inch sheet from Memory Maze. I painted some Dina Wakley paint on to the chipboard and ink the edges with distress ink. Let's take a closer look;
This is the chipboard set that can be found online here. I added some enamel dots from my stash and the layouts were done.
I just love that Memory Maze chipboard is so thick and versatile to allow for any type of embellishing - paints, inks, gesso, embossing etc. Let's take a closer look at each page.

Monthly Travelers Notebooks for 2019
Hello crafty friends, Sarah here with you today to share some of my memory keeping plans for 2019. Today I show you a great idea for how to use Travelers Notebooks and Memory Maze acrylic words to get started with your memory keeping or planning for this year!
I am changing up my memory keeping for 2019 and will be trying out a monthly format of photos using an A5 size Travelers Notebook (TN). This is from The Travelers Notebook online and is 5.8x8.25 inches. All the details about the TNs I use can be found here. After completing my Documenting December album in this format, I really fell in love with it. The idea is that I will continue doing my daily memory planner (yes, I am still to complete my 2018 one) for our every day photos and will use these TNs for photos I'd like to highlight or tell stories about.
The acrylic words from Memory Maze are a lovely 3mm thickness and can be custom made to your requirements. There are some examples online of words you can order but Memory Maze is ideal for those special orders - unique names etc. You can choose the size of the word (height or length), choose from a wide range of fonts and colours. Check out more details by clicking here. Here is a closer look at the beautiful white acrylic.

XOXO with Sarah
Hello crafty friends, Sarah here with another 6x8 inch scrapbook layout using some Memory Maze acrylics, chipboard, stamps and stencil.
This layout is of my younger son cuddling our puppy - it's just adorable and I wanted the photo to be the main focus of the layout with a subtle but effective background. I used a brayer to create the various colours in the background, taking the palette from the photo - mainly reds with a bit of blue. I then used Memory Maze rubber stamps coloured with Posca paint pens to stamp on the background.
The title was also coloured using a white Posca paint pen. The title is a chipboard piece that can be found online here. I added some stencilling with black paint to the layout using the Noughts and Crosses mini stencil.
I finished the layout with adhering the photo and heart acrylic embellishments. I love how the red hearts compliment the colours in the photo.
I hope you enjoyed this layout and will give this mixed media look a go on your projects. If you are interested in any of the Memory Maze products, be sure to contact your local craft store or Memory Maze for your local stockist where we can place our local sales reps in contact with them.

'School Camp' with Sarah
Hello crafty friends, Sarah here with you today for Memory Maze Lasercuts, using some of the new Pocket Pieces for a school camp layout.
This layout was created by brayering colour on to the background of the 6X8 inch piece of cardstock. I then applied some light stamping using Memory Maze rubber stamps with black archival ink. The range of Memory Maze rubber stamps is huge, but I especially love the background stamps that can be found here. A few of my favorites are pictured here;
The 'school camp' acrylic piece is one of the newest Pocket Piece range. The acrylic is 3mm and is a gorgeous, crisp white finish. The pieces is 70x47cms in size and can be ordered in a range of colours. In addition to this, the new acrylic chevrons and little birds are just adorable! They can be found along with the other new May products here. If you are interested in any of the Memory Maze products, be sure to contact your local craft store or Memory Maze for your local stockist where we can place our local sales reps in contact with them.
