{Unique}

Hey there crafty friends! Welcome back to the MemoryMaze blog, Melissa A here with you today and I am sharing a new steampunk/grunge style layout. I hope you like it.

For this layout I used clear gesso on the card stock before doing some background stenciling using some black ink and Lindy's moonshadow mist (see product list below).

I ripped some various papers to use as photo matting to which I then distressed and inked the edges using black ink.

I fussy cut some images from 13Arts 'Victoriana' collection and arranged them around my image.

I cut the floral chipboard frame in half and heat foiled it with some black foil. I then attached it using mounting tape slightly off centre to eachother.

I used gilding flakes on the fancy border chipboard and copper embossing powder on the title.

I added some Autumn Lane flowers to match the colour scheme of the layout and added some glitter paint to some of them for some sparkle.

To finish off this layout I sprinkled some art stones as well as some gold micro beads around the page. I also attached some bling to the black foiled frame and attached some metal keys.

I really hope you found some inspiration from this layout. I will be back with some more crafty inspiration very soon. Until then...happy scrapping! :)

Hey there everyone, thanks for popping in! Today I would like to share with you a masculin layout with lots of mechanicals, cogs, taps, pipes etc. I embossed these with some copper embossing powder to match the background paper which is from the Gentleman's Journey from 3Quarter Designs. I also added some 49 and Market flowers as well as some Tim Holtz rub ons. I layered everthing around my photo as you will see in the close up photos.

{Dwell in Possibility]

Hey there crafty friends! Welcome back to the Memory Maze blog - Melissa A with you today and I am sharing a new male layout. I hope you like it.

For the background of this layout I did some brick stenciling using black gesso and sprinkled some tarnished brass coloured glitter over the top of it while it was still wet.

I fussy cut Mintay's 'Wilderness' ephemera and arranged them around my photo. I used mounting tape on some of them when attaching, for some dimension.

I used inks to colour the chipboard fence and title and used embossing powder on the wire fence chipboard.

I attached some handmade flowers from Autumn Lane and tucked some artificial stem pieces between them to finish off.

I hope you liked my latest layout and drew some inspiration from it.

I will be back again very soon with some more crafty inspiration. Until then...happy crafting! :)
