Just a bit of fun with Sally

This is a fabulous little book all in black and white, and in the shape of a little girls dress. Lots of scope for lots of embellishments and ribbons and words, add some photos for your little girl.
Add as many or as few as you want , a large or small project you decide.

each page is double sided and is held with rings and ribbons on the shoulders
I have covered each side of each chipboard page, and married up ribbons and embellishments.

A selection of cards today!

Hi guys, Danice here with a few cards I've whipped up using various Memory Maze products, It's been horrendous weather here on the West Coast with roofs flying and electricity off, topped of with a fairly impressive thunderstorm and lightening show this morning.  I didn't venture out for the Anzac Parade, but I hope those of you that did stayed warm and dry.

Using the small vintage frame along with some Prima papers and matching flowers, I use any excuse to use the old manual typewriter!  Seeing as I particularly like doing older/vintagey things, I often leave note paper lying in the window so they get aged and faded by the sun for when I need "not so new" paper like this.
Just one butterfly transforms this card, I coloured it in with plain old felt tip pens in matching colours and voila! an easy and happy baby card is made.
Last time I used these vintage hearts on a layout, and this time I have painted them with black soot distress paint and used the hearts to frame some pretty cupid paper, throwing on some kindy glitz to highlight one of the roses and stamped a jewellery tag with the sentiment.

Thanks for looking, and I'll have more soon!

Easter is almost here: Alicia's DT reveal

Hi. Today I am continuing our theme of Easter, starting with a project that I am very proud of. This began as a wire Easter egg ferris wheel that I found at Woolworths of all places.

I teamed it with some gorgeous Graphic 45 papers and of course some Memory Maze chipboard and flowers to create this fun centre piece.

I created the box frame at the bottom from plain sheets of chipboard. The sides were covered in punched strips of patterned paper.

For the title frame, I inked the piece white, then added colour with an ink dauber, before embossing with glitter.

The tiny birds were inked in white then embossed with glitter embossing powder.

Next up is a fun pic from my children's Easter egg hunt from last year. I have again used Graphic 45 papers for this layout. For the background, I swiped some gesso, then sprinkled glitter embossing powder. Once heat set, I sponged ink over the hexagon stencil.

For the chipboard pieces, I inked first, then applied diamond stickles over the top.

I fussy cut lots of floral pieces from patterned paper, then added lots of Memory Maze flowers over the top.

Finally I have a layout of my boys from their Easter hat parade this year. Kyan is getting a little older now, so we went with a Minecraft themed hat. Being a boy layout, I went a bit grungy this time.

The chipboard flourish was a larger piece that a cut into smaller sections, so I could better manipulate the way they fit around the photos. I inked all the pieces in two colours of ink, then added additional paint spray and ink after they were adhered to the page.
