SMILE LAYOUT AND MERRY CHRISTMAS CARDS by LIZ HOCKING

Hello Bloggers,
and a warm welcome to you all.
For you this post I have played around with lots of different pieces of Memory Maze Chipboard, to show you how versatile they are.

' SMILE '
I have to admit I had so much fun, cutting and playing around with my pieces.  Firstly, I set about laying my pieces on Kraft card until I was happy with the layout and then glued most of  them in place.
The Arrow Circle frame I did not glue down at this stage, as I wanted to give it a special treatment so it was only placed on the layout.

Then with the other pieces glued down, I gave the whole page a coat of Gesso.
The I worked on the Arrow circle frame with some Inca Gold 'Purple' and some 'orange' and here is how good it looks once polished up....yes don't forget to rub your Inca gold so you achieve that shine.

Then I sprayed the whole layout with various colours of Glimmer mists.

and gave the flourishes a little bit of extra treatment.

and then photo and all the other little extras.

MERRY CHRISTMAS CARDS

For my Christmas cards, I thought that I would play along with some Memory Maze stencils and my Gelatos which I watered down a little for the background.

Then applied a couple of die cuts and the lovely Memory Maze words ' Merry Christmas'  with some Kindy Glize

and what do you know????  yes a couple of easy christmas cards created.
