Scrapbook Layout - Hello

Hey there crafty people! Welcome back to the Memory Maze blog. Melissa A here today sharing a vibrant red and black coloured layout.

I have used cardstock and elements from 13 Arts' Victoriana collection for this layout.

I arranged the elements around my photo and used mounting tape on some of them when attaching to create some dimensional layers.

I heat embossed the variety of chipboard pieces from Memory Maze.

I created some flower clusters around my photo and then sprinkled some art stones over the top and around them.

I hope you liked my darker style layout this time and found some inspiration from it.

Love you - Scrapbook Layout

Hey there everyone!

Welcome back to the Memory Maze blog - Melissa A here with you today and I have a beautiful love themed layout to share, being February, the month of love and all.

For this layout I have used cardstock from 3Quarter Designs' 'True Love' collection and did some background stenciling using a hearts stencil and white gesso. I also sprinkled some silver glitter over the top while it was still wet.

I heat embossed the heart chipboard and title (see product listing below for colours used), and attached some white string beads over the top of the large hearts.

I also inked the edges of my photos with green ink.

I fussy cut images from Mintay's 'Homemade' collection and attached them around my photo, using mounting tape on some of them for added dimension.

I created some flower clusters with Autumn Lane's handmade flowers and also attached some of Autumn Lane's resins around the clusters.

To finish off, I sprinkled some micro beads over and around the flowers.

Bust your Stash

Today I have done a set of three cards. Using items in my stash.

# Card 1 Grab a white card blank & Memory Maze chipboard Enjoy every Moment & mandela, colour these before you pull them apart it saves breaking the fine pieces. Then fussy cut the cut apart Clock Faces. Colour the edges with a touch of Vintage Photo ink. # Card 2 is another white card base covered with a piece of Studio 73 Abstract Princess papers, I fussy cut out a princess I coloured the edges with Vintage Photo ink. # Card 3 Use a white card base & I coloured the front of the card with Seedless Preserves & Milled lavender. Time Flies - Scrapbook Layout

Hey there! Melissa here with you today with my new DT layout for Memory Maze.

For this layout I have used Uniquely Creative's Roots & Wings card stock. I used a doily stencil and sprinkled some peach coloured embossing powder over the top of it before heat setting it.

I used Mintay's 'Day by Day' collection and attached some of them with foam tape to create dimensional layers.

I used silver heat foil for the floral chipboard piece and liquid pearls for the chipboard title.

I also added some Autumn Lane flowers.

To finish off this layout I sprinkled some silver micro beads over and around the flowers.

Steampunk Journal Page

 I have used a Stamperia Tissue image on top of a painted background using Art by Marlene paints Sand,Tabacco,Tuscan,Kermit just slapped down to give some colour. Then Memory Maze cog stencil to give some depth. I then added some clocks & mechanisms from two different Cut apart sheets & built them up on foam tape.

Journalling tags

 I have been making Journalling tags for my Junk Journals ( I was never going to get into JJ’s). I have cut a 8” x 8” patterned paper in half, then using a mini 4x4 hearts stencil along with Dots & Stuff & Dot Grunge made my background markings. I found a large flower die cut in my stash that I added under my photo that was also cut out & layered on top. I also found the titles in my stash. The tab on the top is a piece of lace curtain that is stapled on. The back is a piece of tea dyed paper for journalling.

Time Flies - Scrapbook Layout

Hello everyone and Happy New Year! Welcome back to the Memory Maze blog for our first post for 2022.

It's Melissa A here today with my new layout, I hope you like it.

For this layout I have used card stock from the beautiful 3Quarter Designs' 'Whispered Memories' collection.

I used the smaller card stock pieces from this collection as my photo matts and I distressed them before machine stitching the edges.

I used lace trimming as a border for my photo and tucked some other lace pieces around my photo as well.

I used embossing powders on the chipboard pieces.

I created some flower clusters using Autumn Lane's handmade flowers and then I added some silver glitter paint to them to make them sparkle.

To finish off this layout, I sprinkled some art stones and blue micro beads over and around the flowers and attached some loose white thread.

I also attached a lace trimming border to the card stock to give it a more vintage look.
